Process
We believe in crafting spaces that reflect the uniqueness of each client and the way they live. The approach is eclectic yet precise, drawing from different styles and references to create environments that feel deeply personal rather than generic.
Listen
Every project starts from the way you actually live, or from the standards your brand has to meet. We spend the first phase in conversation, on site and with your references, before a single line is drawn. The brief that comes out of it is the one we design against.
Draw
Plans, sections and hand sketches. This is where proportion, circulation and light are decided, and it is the part of the work that no software does for you. The design is resolved on paper long before it is beautiful on screen.
Material
Stone, timber, brass, fabric. We work with physical samples on the table, because a finish that reads well on a screen can be wrong in the hand. The material palette is fixed here, and everything that follows answers to it.
Visualise
We then produce the imagery in-house, using AI-assisted visualisation alongside conventional 3D. It lets us show you your space in days rather than weeks, and test three real alternatives instead of defending one. The images are a design tool and a decision tool, and we always say which stage a project is at.
Deliver
Technical documentation, bespoke joinery and FF&E procurement, coordination of artisans and suppliers, and direction on site through to final installation. In Milan, or on another continent.
A note on our imagery. Studio Bebas was founded in 2023, and the projects currently published are concepts and commissions from that date onward. Their images are visualisations produced in-house, not photographs, and each project states the stage it has reached. We prefer to say so plainly: the design decisions, the materials and the detailing are ours, and the tools we use to show them are simply the fastest way we have found to put a room in front of a client before it exists.
